on 7/11/15I would suggest you NEVER buy ANYTHING from ANYONE on eBay! After the multiple mishaps I have had with eBay, I learned to research and found that you can find the goods that you want and need from other online sites for just as good if not better price. Try Amazon! More trustworthy and true to word.
The sellers are great but ebay as a company is unethical. And could give a crap about people. You can buy it from anysite you want as long as you use paypal or any other papal site. Amazon your more likely to get a better product but you pay more. But on ebay you can see there feedback also. Try bonanza because you can negotiate on the price and there the same sellers. From ebay and you have paypal protection and you can see there feedback also. On ebay and Amazon sellers are forced to sell items for 10-20-% more because the fees are so high and they get alot of fraudulent buyers on ebay so sellers have to raise the price on all there products. Kind of like all the thieves at the grocery store and the mark up added on your food because of it. Amazon is a way better company and your more likely to get a better product but you'll pay more forbthe same item forsure.
Been ripped off several times, and found that purchases through my credit card had my funds replaced fast. If you use Paypal, they drag their feet trying to settle all with the seller that ripped you off. If you chose to do business on ebay, do your best to use your own credit card which will fight for your funds, "DO NOT USE PAYPAL!"
You should ALWAYS purchase items from sellers that have only a small number of negatives. However, most items on ebay have BUYER PROTECTION which means that if you have any trouble with your item you can contact ebay and pay pal and they will help you with either a refund or a replacement ( your choice).
Hi
How are you? First off, ask all the necessary questions such as: is it new? Is it refurbished? If is not new ask gor tge condition, also ask if it is clean, if it wasn't you cannot activate in U.S.
Another important question, ask him if he had return policy. Then if everything was OK make sure pay by PayPal. If he did not send you the item PayPal will pay you back, on the other hand if it had any flaws you could filer a compliant agains him with PayPal.
Good luck.

You look at the seller of the Item, and you see their reviews, and you look for 99% positive or better. A store with 95% positive feedback is not good. Electronics is tricky, and I have bought allot from ebay, some refurbished, but the thing is, if you have a problem, it's how they take care of it. If the htc is new, not refurbished and unlocked or for your provider like boost etc and in the upper right hand corner their reviews are 99.7% positive, then you should be good. I always look for where it's coming from, and shipping cost. Maybe how long it might take to get it. You can always read peoples reviews fro the seller also.
