we are buying a truck from another state. ebay is the holder of the funds. we were told the money would go into a non bearing interest account? seller ships truck at their expense and we test drive it for 5 days.now, we have to go to a location and buy "VanillaCards" and the transaction is handled through ebay. We have never bought anything from ebay and doing this is very uncomfortable when your not familiar with any part of the process. if we decide not to buy the truck the owner pays for the return of the truck. How do we get our money back from ebay and how long does it take and how safe is this?
