I purchased something recently but it did not arrive, if this is a bogus company, I can put it down to bad experience and lose the money for goods purchased, but how do I prevent them from taking any more payments from my account?

In my opionion, they have a good customer service, and they responded me in time and at the same time they helped you to get my refund.
I appreiated it very much.

And they are absolutely not a scam.

They also protect customer's personal information.
I will go on pay money via their company.
It is very convenient to use.

I went on a website and before i even entered my card info it sent me an email confirmation of the purchase. Do they get my credit card info somewhere else?

Everybody who has been scammed by this site, please submit a complaint to the FBI, I have done so, and if they receive enough complaints, perhaps they will look into it further to prevent future scams. This is obviously an operating group of robbers that are stealing thousands of dollars. Please help me prevent them from getting any more money!

A few weeks ago I tried to order a coat on www.monclermenjackets.com but it did not work... I had to make an account and then to complete my payment i had to fill in my creditcard data... but my randomreader said I was using the wrong pincode, so, I might have used the wrong pincode, or that site was tricking me. Eitherway, I had to ask for a new pincode, wait a week, and then I tried again... And without even having to enter my creditcard data again it said that the order was succesfully completed and that the payment methode was Ecpss. I googeled Ecpss and immediately entered this site, which really shocked me, cause I likely have been deceived. Does anybody happen to know about www.monclermenjackets.com, any experience with this online shopping site?

I recently went to make a purchase on a site that used this as a payment method- unfamiliar with it, i did not submit my order until i looked into things. The website confirmed my order regardless but i never entered in credit card information or anything- should i still contact my debit or credit card company considering i don't know which one to contact since i never entered in information?

But there was no confirmation about my payment neither for my order. All those of who have been scammed did you get your money back through your bank?

I would like to buy a basketball jersey from "www.cheapvipjerseyss.com". Under the Visa payment method it says "you will be redirected to Ecpss when you place an order". Is it safe to do or because it's through Ecpss i shouldn't?

All i know is everything was shady when i went through this place. I say it is nto worth the risk of time it will take to resolve your problem if it should go wrong. Also seems like most of the products purchased from china are not the quality or anything like you would want. Unless is it a reputable internet sellign site i would say dont do it. I was lucky enough to get a refund through my bank and had to cancell my debit card and get a new one to avoid weird charges to my card. Starts out with small charges which i think it how they test it out to see if you notice.

I just wanna say if I asked for your email and password, make sure you change your password or email accounts all together. After that change any passwords that you have on other sites that may have any of your information. If they can get into your email think about all of the information that they would get from it.

I just purchased 5 coach bags from an online site called 2012coachonline.com. After two weeks, they emailed me that 3 of the five bags were out of stock. They said that they would refund me the money thru a 3rd party, but it would take 1-2 months. I looked up the order from the site and the payment processor was ecpss. The coach website was very unprofessional with their emails and I had no idea that they were in China. There was nothing that said otherwise. I just filed a dispute charge with my credit card hoping to recoup the nearly $300 that I spent. In addition, they added $8 on my credit card for a charge that seem to cover being out of China... nothing was ever stated or showed that on my order... BEWARE OF THIS SITE.
