Don't use it. They don't reply to any emails, they are in China somewhere and everyone that has used them has not had any luck!

Sorry, Mary, it seems that you've taken a bite out of a bad apple. Did you do business with them? If so, gather all the evidence and try to present your bank or credit card with it, I would say...
