You can cancel the subscription very easily if you hover the mouse over the My eForms tab, click My Profile, and scroll to the bottom. There you will see the cancel subscription option. You are also able to call us at (844) 533 6767, live chat us through our site, or send an email to support@eforms.com and we will assist you with the cancelation.

I went to My Profile and used Frequently asked questions to find the cancel subscription tab and clicked on it.
