on 2/29/12They have the worst customer service ever - in fact, nonexistent! I placed an order for three items. Two of those items were out of stock, yet they billed me for the full amount! They did eventually refund the two items that were out of stock, but charged me a fortune for shipping the one teeny, tiny item they had in stock! The order has not yet arrived, but I'm not happy to say the least. Bait and switch tactics. If they send me an item I did not order, I will be requesting a full refund with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I would disagree with katie b. I don't sell obagi and they could not get a single item order correct. They sent me the nu derm product instead of the condition and enhance product, which is what i use. I cannot get ahold of them regarding an exchange and fear if i send it back, i will be out the $69 I paid!

Sorry to hear about your troubles also - you could try to dispute the charge with your credit card company. Give them all the evidence you have.
