on 10/11/21Hi Manuel - I'm sorry you feel the need to spam all our review sites. Unfortunately, it doesn't get anywhere. I'm extremely sorry about the experience you've had. The customer care team have tried to be helpful, but I guess as I mentioned in previous reviews, I don't think anything we do will satisfy you. We do all we can to support our customers, even going outside our refund and return policy on many occasions. I'm afraid we won't be able to issue a refund, however, I can still offer store credit up the same value of your purchase.
