Empire Covers

I'm 54 years old. The cover was actually very easy to put on. Did my homework to make sure the one I was ordering was going to be the right size. Well, it didn't fit. Needed to be 2 to 3 feet longer. I called Empire Covers and they are sending me another one with no questions asked. Didn't charge me for it. I am going to tell everyone I know that has a motorhome or trailer and tell this is the company they need to use. Pauline was more than helpful. Thank you to everyone that works there. If you don't want to splurge on custom-made covers, Empire Covers are a great alternative. So far, they have kept our patio furniture completely dry when it rains. Just because of the design of our furniture, which is more round-shaped with a swivel base instead of legs, it is a bit tricky to figure out the best way to put the covers on, and the tie-downs don't work for us because--no legs. However, that is something we can work figure out. We are really pleased with our purchase and have recommended Empire Covers to our neighbors. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We received our boat cover for my sons bass boat. It is a great cover and the quality seems to be very good. As soon as we got it put on it started raining and we could see the water bead up and running off. Extremely happy and unless when we take cover off it has leaked inside i would say this cover is amazing! Customer service is also amazing! Thanks Empire Covers we will be ordering again!

This is my second cover. The first one (and the car) didn't fare so well with hurricane Ian. Nice and easy experience. Good choices and prompt delivery. Now we will see how it lasts through a long Florida summer.

I read reviews but never write them but this company is an exception, I felt!
I looked all over for a cover for outdoor deck set, keep it nice through the winter. Didn't want to spend a fortune. Amazon had lots but this company allowed you to pick your size n thickness with a 40% discount.
Purchased n when I put it on, had a small hole in it. Contacted them thru email n sent pics and before end of day, they approved another to be sent out to me! So fast, no other questions asked. They didn't even expect me to return the damaged cover.
So... I would definitely recommend them n how they stand by their products! Definitely use them again n share with others!

I was unsure what cover to order for a very old boat. Wrote to Empire Covers, Danielle responded with some questions about the boat's dimensions. I sent those and a couple of pics; Danielle made a recommendation. It arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I had a question about the tie-down straps, so I called and got my question answered. If I ever need a cover for anything else, I will check Empire first.

I recently wrote a review about the awful RV cover we had purchased. I was contacted by Yvonne in customer service wanting to know what could be done to rectify the complaint. She was amazing. They have sent us the next level of cover along with not having to return the pieces of the old one. Fingers crossed that this is a much better product.

Fits well front to back. Not much extra over the windshield, side to side. Easy enough to put on myself. Straps down in five places that look like they'll hold. I didn't trailer it far, but it should stay on ok for trailering.

Empire customer service has been extremely responsive and courteous in support of a return. I am happy with their product and delivery, however I subsequently found a similar patio table cover that included an elastic drawstring in addition to the tie-downs. I will certainly consider their product line for any future patio covers!

After shopping online I came on to Empire Covers site. Needed I cover for my drift boat as it will be outside this winter. Got the cover and was more then surprised with the quality, fit and accuracy of the online description. Would highly recommend.

This is long over due but I had to write because their customer service was fantastic. I order a lot of chair covers and I did the wrong size. They exchanged the covers and were so pleasant to work with. The covers are great also unlike others I purchased that fell apart in one season. We recently had to get an adjustment for a mistake in our order. Empire was fast and courteous. They sent out a replacement at no extra charge right away. I have had an excellent experience recently dealing with the customer service department at Empire Covers. I had a tear occur in my cover for my pontoon, and I contacted customer service and Yvonne was completely on top of it. I am grateful to be able to do business with a company that not only acts fast, but stands by their product. Great job Yvonne and Empire covers.

So my buddy orders this on my 2017 ski doo 1200 and I say no way! Well yes way fits great and looks like a glow in dark yellow is stitched in like eyes! For 4 times less than a ski doo one, I bought 2. They rip any ways so y not save and buy two! For the price of one'! Great deal you guys rock!

After I complained about the lack of customer service I received, Yvonne from Empire Covers got in touch and fixed the problem pronto. A new cover arrived within days, even though I apparently ordered the wrong size to begin with and was beyond the return deadline. I volunteered to return the old cover and pay the cost difference. Yvonne would have none of it. As a result, EmpireCovers is back on my list of preferred providers. That is my definition of excellent customer service.

Recently, the new management of Empire Covers reached out to me to find a way to improve my past experience with their customer service department. I told their representative that they could instantly improve my experience by refunding the cost of shipping an ill-fitting boat cover to me. The have agreed to do this.
I have no qualms at all about the product, as it was what I wanted in the first place. It just didn't fit the boat, The real issue for my poor rating was the return policy and poor customer service experience during my attempt to return the item.
It appears that the folks at Empire are attempting to rectify that situation, and to that end, I wish them the best of luck. The fact that the new management team has reached out to make things right is a step toward reclaiming a more customer-focused reputation.

The covers for the chairs are very large and there is no tag as to describe the head, i.e. Which end goes over the top of the chair.; After fiddling with it for about 5 minutes I finally figured it out.

This is the second winter season I (with the help of my son) have put the cover on the class A, 36 foot, 1998. The cover is about 2 - 3 feet shy of being able to cover the entire height and wrap beneath. The first year 1 strap broke and one strap attach pulled out. The fabric seems to be great and is holding up nicely. The placement of the zippers could be better. My rv door is located behind the passenger captain chair. If there was 1 more zipper it would be helpful for ease of access while covered. The cover is very heavy, but that is probably why the fabric seems to be holding up to the elements. The weight of the cover is why I need help putting it on. (I am a 69 year old woman).

Cover looks nice, but can't fully cover my Ford F-350. No instructions on how to use with exterior antenna. Where to cut the hole, if one does cut a hole would that void the warranty. I did get 2 small square pieces with holes in them: GREAT! How to measure for cutting the 1/2" hole, you have a 3'high antenna. How do you account for centering the hole anywhere near with the cover draped up over the antenna. STUPID

Overall great cover, has a warranty for it however have not needed to use it. A couple clips broke after about a year and a half keeping the cover tight. I just Bought a second cover for the same boat just to have a backup in case any damage or the crazy weather decides to take my cover. Cover does stain a little bit but that's mainly due to parking the boat under a tree filled with birds. I would buy again obviously.

... I was looking for a parachute like material rather than the heavier material your product is made of. My interpretation of your product description must have been in error. I am however, using what you sent me as I'm actually prototyping a unique waverunner cover design that I conceived. Once I'm done with the prototype I can change to my material of choice. This is going to be great!
