Have had the same issues as everyone else. I dealt with the bs for over 3 months and even though it was cancelled over 3 weeks ago, still haven't received a refund for the money I paid toward the order I never got and they had sold my account to another financial company who still is trying to charge me. I really wanted the washer I had ordered so I stayed patient for far too long. I even told them that I'd just reorder and apply money already sent to the new order if they gave me a discount, yet no one seems to be able to approve a discount. Worst place ever to shop. Legal action will probably need to be taken here soon.

Update, an associate with emporium helped me get things sorted out and was beyond helpful. Based on the helpfulness of this associate alone, I will likely shop there again soon.

Just don't.

Terrible Customer service. You get the same reply every time you call. "I'll forward your info" and won't let you speak to a supervisor. It takes over 2 weeks just to process your order. I'm paying off right away.

I ordered a gift for my boyfriend over 2 months ago... was told 2-3 weeks for shipping... requested a tracking #... it never showed up as legit. I have contacted them many times and all I get is "it takes time" and then "there is trouble with the shipping company"... and then "the distributor lied to us"... and then "we're contacting our insurance to handle it"... meanwhile I told them either give me what I ordered or refund my money. What a joke company... ugh

I paid off my account early in December of 2016. I just received notice from a company called Monterey Financial. They said I didn't pay my account, I have a 1.13 balance that has mushroom into a 131.76 balance with penalties and late payment charges I have not paid in the last three months. Why didn't they notify me earlier instead of waiting until March 2017. I had an attorney look over their terms and conditions, there's nothing about selling my account to another party. My attorney says they have breached the terms and conditions and I owe nothing

My 79 old mom ordered a ductless ac off the site when received did not like how she had to use it by re freezing ice packs called to return did not answer the phone with company red flag one, ask for a shipping label told would email with in 2 days, nothing called 3 times until i had to call and go off, had to call ups to getting address since shipping label was worn. Told got info will send back he told me not to ship and wait on label i said no only have 30 days to return and trying to pro long so they wont have to refund her. Made a complaint to general attorney and on her to warn others if they happen to look at reviews LOOK at all the calls she made still no label or resolution.

horrible company came fast , horrible customer service trying to scam people

They have been bothering me for over a year for money I do not own. After I placed an order in November 2016 and read their reviews I cancelled my order and close my account. They harass me for months. The items were refused when they eventually were shipped. After speaking to a manager last summer I never heard from them again and thought everything was good. I just received a collection notice from a collection agency. The name of the collections agency is n a r. I just hung up the phone with them, they are no longer accepting accounts from Emporium as they have gotten a lot of complaints from customers that these bills don't exist. Collection agency is sending bills back to Emporium and will no longer be doing business with them. I would not purchase anything from this company. They will bill you even if you don't get the items. Their customer service and management are ignorant.

I needed to update my new address and phone number. They asked for 2 id to show proof of address change which I did send... that was 2 weeks ago... the phone number to customer service no longer exist... no response on email either

Only 1 response after 3 weeks in a email.
After I sent 10 emails.
Arrive app that tracks can't help.
Going to get my money back through the bank. I made that extra money and was rob as quick as air blows away. Sad to say Bump theses people they will get what's coming to hyphen no worries. Btw just pay cash or the original website that you trust and pay up. Better than paying for nothing. Peace

Anyone wondering where this company is from or why it takes so long to get an order? I finally received my items 2 months after ordering. This company ships from CHINA! Their products are CHEAP and one of the items I received was wrong! I ordered from them via a FACEBOOK ad for emporium pop. I tried to leave them a message on their FB page as well as their contact us link. Both links are not working. These people are scammers!

I sister-in-law order some shoes for my husband for christmas, she ordered them the beginning of October- still haven't got the shoes (today is jan 9,2018) They give a fake tracking number. She finally got fed up with it and cancelled the order and ask for a refund. Lets see how long it will take them to give her the money back

I ordered 3 laptops and didn't receive them. Emporium cancelled the order and never told me. I kept getting a bill and when I called them they passed me around stating that it is billing's fault, billing said it was shipping's fault. Both would put me on hold but then the phone would hang up. Phone number I was given would not go through.

I ordered a dishwasher on the 12/1/2016. No confirmation email, no money was taken, no nothing. 12/8 first attempt to cancel over the phone "should receive confirmation email in 24 hours"... did it again on 12/11, no email. I have tried other calls, the billing phone number, emailing customer service, no cancellation. They have since taken money from me on 12/22, sent me an apology email about delay in shipping, sent me a welcome email with an email to let me cancel, which failed... still no dishwasher, still no cancellation. Might have to cancel my bank account just to keep these thieves from taking anything else. WORST... EXPERIENCE... EVER! Stay away!

So in December 2016 I ordered a vacuum cleaner. Paid the deposit. It is now February 18 2016 and I have yet to receive my item. I have however paid three payments towards a item I don't have. I have placed over 10 calls. I have done multiple chats. I hear the same lines. "Take it with a grain of salt" " your item will be shipped any day" I have requested to speak to supervisors yet I never get transferred and am told the same thing. I am so close to calling the attorney general on this company.

Horrible! You will never receive the product. You can't reach anyone through customer service. When you call the recording says another name and on my credit card bill they show as yet another name. Don't order through them.

Purchased a tablet through Emporium. Took forever to process and get my merchandise. Shortly after I am notified my account was "sold" to another company, Monterey Financial Services, who has been ridiculous. They called to notify me my account was one month past due. I asked how since its automatic withdrawn from my checking account and my account shows the amount withdrawn. They ignored answering my question and interrupted me to ask me what account they can get the money from otherwise they were filing legal action against me by end of business day as well as defaulting my account PLUS 35% to credit reporting bureaus. I wouldn't have purchased from Emporium if I was aware they would sell my account to a third party and I would be treated this way.

Bought 2 pairs of heated gloves, one for me one for the wife, on sale, well guess what Theydon't work warm up 10 degrees in the house, outside in the cold, useless.
Guess what I cannot return them as they were on sale and I have removed them from the packages... scam

I placed my order on 11/14/16 they took my down payment 11/16/16. Today is 12/20/16 and they say my order is still sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped but that probably wouldn't happen before 12/28/16. I have spoken with 3 customer service reps and one supervisor. No one has any answers and will forward to anther department which obviously doesn't respond based on the number of times my complaint has been forwarded. I cancelled the order but they tried to take my first months payment. Luckily this time my bank stopped it from going through.

I ordered from this place and got my items. Paid 2 months then decided to pay off what i owe early to close my account. After paying off $0 balance i got an email stating my account had been transfered to another financial place and I owe $168. They gave me the run around and still waiting for them to let me know what is going on. I definitely wouldnt recommend this place. Im pissed off.

Damn! I ordered way back in February 2017 and never received anything. I cancelled my order and re-ordered April 2017. Still order sitting in limbo. The second time I ordered I paid for it with my own credit card. What the hell?! I'm cancelling again, but for good this time.

Worst EVER. They can not answer questions and the supervisors are always unavailable. Over a month now for my order. Still has not shipped, and they can not tell me why. Very Poor company. BUYER BEWARE!

Very responsive with emails but constantly stringing me along with COVID Delay excuses. It's now seven months later and still nothing. Tracking number given to me today, upon my request, but USPS does not have package yet to ship so I expect this is just another tactic to string me along again. Preorders are non refundable beyond 14 days, but nobody predicted COVID issues back when I ordered this stupid candy in January. Very unethical. I'll be submitting a request to my credit card company to reverse the charge. Oh, and my young son is very sad and disappointed over this. Shame on you.

I'm quite surprised with all these negative reviews because my experience with this company was just great. I've ordered waterproof mp3-player with discount and it arrived to me in 1 week. Payment system is easy because they accept Visa. Quality of arrived player is great, everything works fine, I'd like to point out that product was shipped in several hours after my order was approved.
