Packaging is exquisite and artistic, and everything smells edible; so cute and fun. Despite the negative (and frankly mean in some cases) reviews, I'm glad I gave them a chance. Completely satisfied.

I love this nail company more than any other! Their products are salon quality and absolutely amazing. Stop leaving awful reviews for the shipping times. It's a pandemic and that is expected. Review the products you received and tell people to check how long shipping normally takes. That is what I did and had no issues. Anyone who is big into nail art does not care that it takes 1-2 months to receive, they are willing to wait the extra time for excellent products.

I only received 1 out of 5 items from my order. After contacting customer service I was advised that they did not have any missing items on their end and that I was basically Lying. Never purchasing again.

I didn't receive my package, they font respond back to ANY form of emails or messenger. They take no responsibility for their packages so I'm out money & items. They don't give you a tracking number with your order either I would not buy from this company.
Placed 2 orders same day one has come but the other one have not even shipped out I definitely won't be purchasing from them anymore and they are not quick to respond on customer service issues either!
I received an order on April 7th, and there was IOU attached to the receipt about my missing coffin nails. Since then I have not received an update and sent numerous emails, no response. Here we are 7 months later and still no product. Im livid that I have spent my money and cannot get it back. It seems he can get products out to popular YT nail artists on time for reviews, but he can't fulfill his paying customers orders. I will be filling a dispute with my card company.
I love maxs products have been ordering for years now the only down fall is this pandemic has caused the orders to back up like crazy since they closed the nail salons ive gotten all my other orders but one and its my biggest order yet its been 4 months but i have very high hopes i will get it soon but great product strong easy to use when done right last longer then getting them done at a salon i keep up the hard work guys

Ordered in the beginning of June. It's now August and I haven't received my order despite being well over the extended times he's mentioned in his emails. Asking for further info gets the same copied and pasted message I'm sure he sends everybody else with zero update. If you ordered with a credit card cancel that order and get your money back!
It takes forever to receive your order! I placed an order on 1 May & finally got it 2 months later.
Customer service SUCKS! If you inquire about the order, all you get is computer generated replies. Not worth the wait when others ship faster.
I saw this lady advertising him and his products on a you tube video. He put a set of nails on her. The nails in the video looked amazing. The nails I received looked like cheap garbage. I am so mad at my self for no reading his reviews and checking his return policy. I usually never buy from a company that doesn't except returns. That's is usually a red flag for me. Please don't waste your money. Also let people know to skip these products.

I placed an order on 6/18 and still have not received confirmation that the order has been shipped. I emailed them on 7/11 regarding an ETA on shipping and they responded with how AZ are on a stay at home order and they cannot process order as "quickly" as before. From comment I've read, it took 3+ months before they got their order. I still don't understand why we don't have an option to cancel if they can't process the order in a timely manner?! What I have also noticed is that they will block you from their social media (or Facebook & IG) if you post anything nearly negative about their shipping time.
I ordered my first order from enailcouture during their black friday sale 2022. I was hesitant & nervous due to all the bad reviews, but in the nail communities, everyone raves about their products- so I really wanted to try so many things! I am so happy that I did! My order only took 5 business days to be delivered & all 18 items were packaged extremely well in individual bubble wrap. I'm super happy with everything I ordered & will definitely be ordering again!
My friend who is a nail professional tried 123 and liked it and told me about it. I ordered and got it right away. Last week she showed me her nails where tiny hives had formed around her cuticles. She took them off due to the bad itching. I put my first set of 123 on last week and today I developed a large welt on each cuticle. Who else has had a reaction? I placed my order on 07/02 and I was well aware of the extended shipping times because of the pandemic, but after trying to reach out to them a couple weeks ago I was given the same script they have you read when you finish placing your order.
Read these reviews and better business bureau before ordering! This company is horrible. Months of waiting and still no package! I orders (a small order) in August and still nothing. You need To file a charge back or open a PayPal claim if you ordered from this company. Then report them!
I used to order from this company so much it's really sad to see it's become a total fraud. And I'm literally not exaggerating like he will take your money and you will receive nothing. I literally just filed a fraud claim with my bank it's been well over a month going on two months now since I spent $130 and received nothing. When I emailed I received an automated message saying that it takes 30 business days will guess what buddy it's been almost 2 months and now I'm going to file a claim with the BBB! There are many other companies with similar products and even cheaper prices I found since placing that order I've already received multiple orders from other companies. I'm not going to give my money to somebody who's just going to take it and run no thank you I don't have money like that.

It's a scam in a complete fraud I received no products.
I was trying to put in a discount code and somehow I checked out through the shop app. I called customer service right after the order went through and they would not cancel it. I didn't realize how desperate this company is for money.
I placed my order May 23. It's now June 14. I've contacted customer service. By email they never respond. When I called a rep said my order will ship out beginning of July. The status just says order placed. Just a heads up in case you needed a speedy order delivered.
I began ordering from Enailcouture right before the Christmas rush of last year. At first, it was great. Fast shipping and pretty good products. By Christmas, processing had slowed to a crawl. It hasn't improved since. You can expect it to take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to receive your order. Customer service is a joke. The last 4 orders of mine have been missing items, had wrong items, and one was someone else's order entirely! They said once return was in system, they'd send my correct order out on a 2 day rush. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. I still have 3 orders with them I've waited on for a month each already. Getting what you paid for and in any way a timely matter is like pulling teeth! I sell online nail supplies and this company has cost me many customers as I look like the one that is being slack or lying :/ I will NEVER use this company again! Steer clear too unless you want a lot of stress and disappointment.

Ordered on 4/25 no contact since then, but they took my money right away so 20+ days later and still cannot fet a response from this company. No one answers the phone or emails, I'm beginning to know that a fraud has been committed by them. Do not waste your time with this company buy from Aprés instead, I ordered from there and everything was sent quick and the products work very well.
I absolutely Loved the products- but shipping took 11wks: order places May 21,2020 but package didn't arrive until August 4,2020. I understand about Covid delays, but almost 3-months, and with no responses to several inquiries I submitted after 8-weeks had passed. A shame, as I really loved the products. Please get on top of your shipping times and make customer service a priority always for happier customers as you really do have top notch stuff!
I was SO excited about these products when I first ordered. Everything looks so cute, and pretty, and I ordered a few limited edition items as well. It has been two weeks and my order has not even been processed yet! I am really hoping they process and ship my order soon. I am in the US just like they are, so the problem is not with me. I really want to do an unboxing video on youtube, so I'm hoping these products are spectacular because right now, based on processing time alone, I would not recommend. For me to change my mind, these items will have to be pretty amazing.
