Are there other similar companies to eReplacementParts that are less expensive or better?

repairclinic.com has many of the same parts in terms of appliances, prices are roughly the same.

Jacks Small Engine is a good source for small engine parts.
Baileys Outdoor Power Equipment is where I get my chain saw parts.

After never receiving my parts or a response from eReplacementparts, I purchased my parts from Partwharehouse.com and they arrived right on time.

I've found "cheaper" places, and actually ordered from them. However, they were unreliable, shipping was a challenge, and inconsistent. The small difference between eReplacement parts and any difference, is outweighed by their solid order-experience and support.

I am unaware of anyone else who provides this service. They are my "GO TO" for repair parts.

I couldn't find anyone else who had the part. They had it and sent it out as soon as I expected.

I tried the Sears parts website (needing a part for an old elliptical machine) but couldn't find the part I wanted... & neither could the Sears live chat agent. I also tried Amazon & several other websites but still couldn't find the part. EReplacementParts was the only parts place I could find that sold it & had it in stock. I ordered that part & it was identical to the damaged part & did not appear to be an after-market part. With that new part installed my elliptical is now almost as good as new.

This is the 1st time I used them because their part price & shipping was the lowest. Service was fast. I will use them again.

Yes. Some parts for various machines, appliances, and or equipment can be found a bit cheaper elsewhere, but not always. Ereplacement Parts usually has them in stock and ready to ship.

No, I tried that and color was wrong and not the style I ordered.

Searspartsdirect and Amazon both stock the same parts.
Maybe one of them will actually send me the part!

STAY AWAY from MYTOOLSTORE.COM! Stay away from this business and their scamming "departments" which are other websites affiliated with them but they do not ship your order and do not answer phone calls or emails. I recently submitted a BBB complaint.

Yes but you don't always get the right part and you can't return

Yes - Are they better? The original parts from Shindaiwa lasted 25 years - These are not the original parts that I replacement - but i'm not sure that eReplacement are that much better.

There are others—JacksSmallEngines is one that comes to mind, as mentioned by a previous poster—but I haven't found any that are better. On the other hand, I have found quite a few that are not nearly as good.

Yes less expensive. No personal contacts for questions and answers. Long delivery times.

I believe there are a few who purport to be parts suppliers. Price structure, I can't say as they've never had the parts I needed.
