I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.

I ordered a washer part and had it within 4 days. I have never gotten the wrong part shipped before.

Its legit but looks like all they do is take your order have parts drop shipped form other dealers, i waited over three week for delivery and part were for a different mower, that really sucked

My zero turn mower started losing power and just wouldn't run right missing and popping and cracking. I found that one of the ignition coil modules was bad and checked replacementparts.com and the price was right and they had my part to me in nothing flat allowing me to get the part installed so my wife can mow without problems again.

My 82 year old father loves to fix old power tool. The spring for the safety guard on a skilsaw had stretched and then broke due to being so old. We thought we would have a hard time finding a replacement part, but thanks to eReplacement Parts, we found one right away. It was just perfect.

Every spring for the last several years I order the parts to maintain my TroyBilt HorseXP. I cut 2.5 acres a week from late March until December. Another two when the neighbor on vacation. I depend of e-Replacementparts to keep things running smooth and have had no problem at all. It's nice to have the cutaway diagrams to ensure what you order is exactly what you need.

I get the right part everytime. Sometimes just the model # isn't enough. The correct serial # is sometimes also needed to get the right part.

These people have the parts they say they do, or if perchance they are out of stock, they tell you so, so you're not waiting for a part while they are waiting for it also.
