We answer customers inquires promptly. However if you sent your email on Friday night we would have gotten back to you on Monday morning. Some people may call it the 4 day period but since we are closed on weekends it is the same business day for us. Please check our 5 star reviews on facebook. We have tons of satisfied customers.
