I just bought two tickets to skillet and my tickets were emailed to me right away No issues with them and this is the first time I used them.

I'm trying to buy a ticket for the austin mahone concert event. is the event on the site legit or not legit?

Answer:

Don't know if event is legit, but don't trust Eventbrite. They are not dependable. I have been screwed three times by Eventbrite: failure to send confirmation; phone number is on confirmation. No confirmation=no phone number. So no way to follow up. Failure to actually process order, so no credit card charge, no confirmation, no ticket. Had to contact event staff in person to get a ticket.
