Please do not believe any of these fake good reviews. I ordered on 12/2/15 and still no product all they will give you is fake tracking numbers. I hope you paid through PayPal because that is the only way you will ever see your refund.

Sometimes when you order stuff its what is called pre order. Essentially that means you are buying before they have the stock this happened with my last phone purchase. Took 2 1/2 months but always arrives eventually. If your worried e-mail them from your account they always reply to me.

I'm waiting 4 months now for a PayPal refund due to never receiving the product. Don't accept the "wallet" (online store credit) refund

As others have said, if you pay with PayPal and are prepared to dispute, you MAY be okay. I bought a tablet from them six months ago, and it arrived non-functional - the battery was essentially dead. I returned it, and eventually registered a dispute with PayPal, at which point they "repaid" my purchase price as in-store credit - the "wallet". I tried to spend that and the order sat on hold for weeks. I thought I'd dispute again, but once you close a dispute its is not possible to reopen it - so beware!
I finally decided that, if they were going to cost me $200, then I'd do my damndest to ensure they lost that much in trade. So I posted to TrustPilot and ResellerRatings, to their last two months of YouTube videos, to their Facebook page and told them I'd start on their Google+ ads shortly. I don't know if this had any effect, but the tablet arrived early this week and seems to be okay. I don't know if they're crooked or just incompetent, but if you fins yourself in the hands of their customer service, be prepared for a long wait, or follow my example. If everyone did, they might just have to shape up.

I had 4 orders on everbuying. Two phones that have arrived (first order). I m verry satisfied with them. For second and thirth order I ve asked reffund because of negative comments that I ve seen. They reffund with paypall whitout problems. After that I ve put the fourth order. I say not to worry, first command has arrived in about 25 days from China to Romania.

Did you pay by paypal? If yes, i strongly suggest you dispute now. It not worth to take the risk. The last item most properly you wont able to get it.

I am happy with Everbuying. As I said in other posts, you need patience and to pay by Paypal always.

I have ordered about 40 orders (different kind of items) in around 3 months. All, absolutely all arrived at home and work well. Only in 2 cases I found some defective products, I wrote Customer Ervice and they always solved it with full satisfaction to me.

Just as a reco, when you put an order and, after a couple of weeks, you see that it is still in "Processing" status, just contact Customer Service and ask for it. They ussually tell you what it is happening (some times one item is out of stock, sometime they launch the order inmediately after your request, etc). It ussually helps.

Three-quart year ago I ordered a SD Card, I got a notice that it had been shipped, but it never arrived and neither did I get my money back. From other dissatisfied customers' comment I get that they sell a lot of factory rejects and their catalog isn't up to date and they sell and collect money for stuff they haven't got. I will keep placing negative comments every month until it' settled.

I would not buy any thing from this company again knowing what I went through to get my money back. It took over 90 days, but my money was returned to PayPal. Always buy through PayPal. I've never lost any money when I use PayPal and I've had to get them involved several times.

For me all OK I ordered a cell 2009. Funziona all OK. E in 2015 I ordered another cell clone Samsung s6 this time whack and I paid the customs then I waited almost 35 days. Micro SD does not work... ultimately the product of everbuying are not good as before...

I order four times from them and in all honestly its hit and miss. First order I made was a cell phone that has an internal 16 gig memory that doesn't work. I decided to purchase a second phone with extra two 16 gig micro SD. Phone was great but one of The SD card was defective.The price is so good I just threw the defective one away. After a year I decided to make another cell phone purchase, that's where the nightmare begun. Phone that cost 229 USD was total junk. WIFI wasn't working, touch screen wouldn't work at times and camera would work intermittently. I tried to explain the issues to customer service with pictures attached and an elaborate detailed explanation as they requested with no help. Luckily I paid with Paypal. I also made a fourth purchase which was 2 protective covers for the phone that I never received. I decided after 3 months to contact PayPal. PayPal reimbursed me themselves for the fourth purchase in complete ruling in my favour. Now going back to my third purchase of the defective phone I'm still trying to resolve with Paypal my claim. After a couple of weeks back and fourth PayPal requested I return the phone to Everbuying to receive a refund. That would have been a great resolution if the screen did not die and go blank. Now I have all my personal info on it and no way to do a factory reset to clear. With the phone on emails are still coming ( I can hear the sound notification). I gave an update to PayPal and they asked to bring the phone to a repair place and get a statement not able to clear personal info to return phone due to blank screen. Waiting for papal now on a verdict. What ever you decide all purchase with Paypal for protection. They are fantastic.

Don't ever think Everbuying will resolve any issues or honor any warranty. My personal opinion is try another place like Dealmachine or Gearbest but pay with PayPal. I don't have any dealing with dealmachine or GEARBEST YET but will purchase from them and see how it goes. I hope Everbuying has no affiliation with the other two places I mentioned. They also have 100%. Money back guarantee unlike Everbuying. Pay with PayPal for protection!

They do take long alot of the time and from what i hear there phones dont work properly i did buy a tablet and it was good

My dealings with this provider were satisfactory. Buy three products and have another pending. If I have problems I will publish it in this way.

For sure shipping time are not quick. I'm waiting for another delivery since 40 days. With the holiday period, it's quite normal to wait something more.

I suggest to wait 30 days from the shipping and afterwards ask for infos to them. They are quite quick in giving back answers.
