Being new to this subscription program, I was not sure if I had done everything correctly when I signed up-to be able to access the savings and free extra box. Customer service was very prompt and answered all my questions clearly. I felt much better with my choice of joining, really looking forward to my continued experience and box!
1st box was supposed to be a bonus box. I received a plastic tray with felt as a "high end" item. Also received an cocktail shaker that looks cute but is completely unusable. Ni way was any of this worth what they claim. The high end advertising with great products are not available. I've heard from many long time subscribers that they constantly repeat products. 2nd box selection was not good so I picked surprises for 3. I received 2 scrunchies in broken packaging. I am convinced this is just crap no one wanted. I'm sorry i paid for any of this. I haven't gotten one thing I love, everything is just ehh.

I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼
Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗

In filing out survey, "Was issue resolved" yes or no... My issue is neither of those responses. Having an "other" option would allow outliers. My issue is not resolved yet, but hopefully is; time will tell.Rating will improve when I receive my merch🥰

I had renewed my subscription and missed the cut off for the customization period. I was afraid I would get a random box filled with items I wouldn't use…
When I reached out, they were very helpful in giving me a list of items to choose from to create a box of my wishes. I'm very happy I reached out, because I didn't want to miss the renewal offer, but I was too late to customize in the usual way. I'm pleasantly surprised with the resolution and am looking forward to my winter 2024 box!

I had a chat going on with a question about my new membership and I was disconnected. My winter box of treasures was delivered to another house. I was completely unsuccessful reaching Fed-Ex to report that it was delivered to the wrong address. I kept getting feedback from their website that it had been delivered and since it is a holiday no one was working. I sent an email to Fitfabfun and their representative got back to me immediately with news that it would be resent to me. Given that it was thanksgiving I was very grateful. Thank you!

Had one of my FabFitFun boxes stolen from my apartment and CJ was able to thoroughly walk me through the process and help me with a replacement. I am a social worker and don't make much money so I rarely spend money on things like FFF, and having CJ go out of their way to help me was so kind and really made my evening

I am a former FFF member and found recently that I missed the fun! When I saw the free gift promotion for a 200.00 gift I could not resist. Fab fit fun is something I look forward to receiving every quarter. I own two business's, I live rurally, and shopping is just something I don't have time for. FFF forces me to do some shopping. I've found some great facewashes that have given me clear skin (something I've always struggle with), and I also have nice eyelashes now because of the many serums offered over the years. I often keep my daughters in mind, as well as my sisters and close friends when I'm selecting items. It's a good boost for gift giving.

I received my Summer 2024 Box, but it was not the curated items I had selected. It was a "pre-packaged " box full of items I had no interest in. I immediately searched for the best way to contact customer service and was not hopeful when I saw that it was a "text" option. I was pleasantly surprised to find that a real person immediately reached out to me and began working to solve my issue. She diligently kept in touch over two days while she researched my issue and finally responded with a very satisfactory resolution to my problem. Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.

It's deceiving to what comes in a box. The ads on Facebook shows all these items that were add-on's which is more money that what the membership includes. I will not renew my memberahip for the next year.

Worst ever my family bought me for Christmas in November now almost March never received and they tried charging for Spring box WTH they are awful and promise over and over on its way. Don't waste your money it will never get there.
