I was told of I cancelled I would not be able to use my credits. Which is over $400 now. I'm afraid to cancel now and because It's been over a year that my credits have sat dormant, they transferred them to a gift card. Be diligent about screen shotting the images saying you skipped also. They need proof in case they " accidentally" charge you. So in a sense. I think they get money from you one way or another
No. There was nothing that ever said you would get charged for cancelling. I am glad to see that Lorraine B. Received a refund when she asked for it; however, Judy M. Didn't get a refund. Don't know the reason for that except that it may depend on who you talk to or how persistant you are. This costly venture is a lesson learned. I'll say it again... if it sounds too good to be true, it is too good to be true. Read everything about the terms before you sign up for anything. Even then, do your research and come to this site as well with questions. Then think... "Do I really need to do this?" So glad I'm done with Fabletics. Just wish we all could make a public announcement about this company for it's shady practices. But watch out as some other companies do the same thing. Okay, I'm done.
