on 6/30/15When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
They say that you get a credit, and as far as I know they don't expire but I was suppose to have one on my account as well and I didn't. The only way I think is through customer service which is awful because their service is horrible
Wow! All I can think of is to contact your credit card company (if you have your statement to reference that charge info) and get it removed/credited back. I can't imagine how you got through to talk to a real person... I have found I cannot even unsubscribe from their emails! As when you click (unsubscribe) it takes you right back to their home page! No matter where you go, Contact, Service or as stated, unsubscribe, it all goes back to the same place. SO annoying! I have found the credit card companies to be very understanding about places such as this and credit back your account, they just need as much info as you can give them regarding the charge in the first place. Good luck!
Hello! This is from the Fabletics team. We know that this question was raised years ago, but we would like to address it.
Please know that member credits will expire twelve (12) months following issuance. No worries, we send email reminders to inform you that your credits are almost expiring. Your member credits should automatically apply to your cart on any orders of $59.95 USD or above. Member credits are non-breakable and can only be applied in full amount or to one regular, VIP-priced item. However, we occasionally have sales that allow the use of credits for the promotion. You can always review the terms and conditions of the sale if you want to know if credits can be applied.
The credit was likely what they charged your credit/debit card for the month for skipping. It might be gone because they reimbursed your account instead of a Fabletics credit (which isn't really a credit because its your own money). Check your bank statement and make sure you actually got reimbursed.
Demand a refund. I got a refund for 1 months credit of £44.
I cancelled and my credits were still there!
I have cancelled but credits Are still there
You have to use your credits before cancelling or else they all go away. They are the worst!
