Not easy at all you call they say some one will get back to you. Never happen then I kept calling they tell me they fighting with the manufacture for parts for atv that worked twice

No. Call the number and they don't answer. Use their email and it takes a week for anyone to get back to you and then they give you the run around.

Impossible. In 2019 you could talk with a representative but the runaround was awful. Now you send email after email without any satisfaction. The company charged me $537 for a quad and instead of working to get me a replacement they returned it, refunded $92 and closed the account. I wanted a refund or exchange based on the 60 day money back guarantee.

Sure you can get someone on the phone... will they hang up on you? YES. Will they assist you in resolving issues? NO. Just DONT buy here... as others have stated they are a crooked company. It's just pitiful that this is how an AMERICAN based company treats customers. If ever you take advice from a review let this be the one. Spend your money elsewhere... Jay the "owner" and the entire company is TRASH after they have your money secured. RUN RUN RUN! Didn't receive what I paid for.

So, I ordered a 4 wheeler about 6 or 7 months ago. First time ordering from this company. Very sketchy to order because of all the scammers out there. Saw they use PayPal, so paid in full via PayPal. Confirmed order, they said it will be delivered 3-5 business days. Well come to find out, week later, the 4wheeler was lost. I was not happy and VERY skeptical at this point. Well I had daily emails and talked to people frequently who were trying to find this unit. I told them my concerns about scamming, they reassured and stayed in contact with me to help me with this process. I didn't give up, cause if scammers they would have blocked my number or stopped having contact. They were very understanding, I wish I could remember they lady that helped me out with this, she is in the department where they call and verify order. Anywho, 4 wheeler came in, safe and sound, perfect shape. And my son is obsessed with this thing! Recently ordered a go-kart from here and much easier process this time. Will continue to order from here too. Oh and the prices are very competitive. I'm a price shopper!
