Stay AWAY... run run RUN. Don't shop here... you will regret ever doing business with this company and the affiliates! The "owner" Jay and the others are full of deceit. My item shipped in pieces when I discussed assembly with Jay. I called the company once the go- kart arrived in pieces and it's been a nightmare. Please save yourself the hassle. They are rude after your payment has been received. Just DONT shop here.

Legit. They love getting the orders in but are done with you afterwards

It's a scam. They do not honor their warranties, even when you pay extra for them, and sell shoddy products.

SCAM COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE! Ordered two machines both came in broke we were told to submit a claim which we did multiple times! They ignore you, never respond! I tried calling their excuse is the person you need to talk to is gone etc... It cost us $1000! Unsafe for kids and they are crooks!

Seemed scammy to me. They do have customer service but it's super bad and they over charged me bad so I so after contacting them a couple times I finally got my order cancelled. Still waiting on the refund though...

I'm not sure about this company because so far I've only had bad luck trying to receive the product I paid for. For sure their customer service is at best a zero star. If I receive my product I write a review on it but I won't use this company and will tell anyone to stay away.

Definitely a scam. They did follow through on anything from missing parts to receiving the wrong unit to the delivery truck trying to scan an additional $70 they said they will not responsible for any of that, NEVER ORDER from this company.
