I order three jerseys last night and have received no information about my order. is this site just a fraud site that never sends out the order, or do they just have horrible customer service.

I am reading the reviews and i am a bit worried that my packages wont come in time. i order 3 items last week and it says they have made it to utah. (i live in california) i want to ensure that my packages are correct and will arrive at the time is says it will on my tracking order.

I placed an order with your company on oct 1st, it says when i track the order it is unfulfilled. i ordered then as i wanted the gifts by oct 19th. what is going on?

Question:

I purchased two shirts in 3xl and when i received them, it was obvious they were more like a size xl. i returned them as i received them (no tags) and was informed by fanatics they were not in good condition and would be donated. if that is the case, why were they sent to me in that condition? so, i'm out $70 and i am irritated to say the least. i have ordered from fanatics quite a bit; however, it will never happen again. as a matter of fact, i should receive a receipt for a tax deduction since they "donated" my clothes.

As im reading all the reviews im scared of what might happen to my order... its my first ordering from fanatics they have alot of things i like but all i see is negative reviews... should i be worried? i did check the status of my shipment today and i placed my order yesterday it says it would only take one business day it says it was shipped@12 but i didn't receive a package today i have been home all day no package no knocks at the door... again should bi be worried?

Hello Tanisha. Thank you for your feedback. The items you ordered ship from the warehouse within 1 business day. Then starts the delivery time. If you chose standard ground shipping, or the free shipping, it takes 3-7 business days for your package to be delivered to you. So, if you placed your order on February 19th, and chose standard shipping, you will have your package no later than March 1,2016. It usually only takes 4 or 5 business days. I am very upset because i thought this was a legit website to order jerseys and i am feeling that i have been had. my order number is no.: ah_ff0083409 and i haven't heard anything else from company tried to email on my status and heard nothing. i really need these jersey before christmas because it is for my son. this was important for my son to get this. i can't even find a number to call customer service on site. i am very upset at this point.
