on 8/19/15You do Julie S., but if you purchase it within 2 hours of the movie you are out of luck and that's what I happened to do. I accidentally chose that same day rather than the next day (Saturday) and since I was within a 2 hour time frame they said too bad. Never will use them again that's for sure. It was an honest mistake and I explained that but the woman on the phone was very nasty.
I have no idea, like Marcus the only thing I'm completely sure of is their customer service is terrible. I emailed a number of times and was told someone would get back to me but they never did.
You receive the entire fee and movie cost back, but they will only give it to you in a fandango club account (VIP or whatever) credit, you cannot receive your cash back ever.
Julie S. You will only receive the charge back if you have a theater card that waives it, e.g. AMC Stubbs Card or Marcus Magical Movie Rewards Card. I dunno that you are able to use any other theater card to waive their fees, but hey they have people who you can ask that question, reach out to them via chat.
They refunded my charge to process the free ticket (after I threatened to report them) but it took a long time to get them to. But I never got the movie ticket. All I got was the same message over and over about how it wasn't refundable
They will NOT refund you anything if you are 2 hours or less to the movie. It's a pretty pathetic joke. I will never use their service again. I ended up just going into the theater and they gladly gave me tickets to the same show at a different time.
I have no idea. I just tried to use a promotional code that was on a DVD I bought. I spent so much time and effort trying to get to work but finally gave up. I have no good words for fandango or their useless customer service.
