I was in massive need for a ticket for the Manchester derby this past Sunday being a city fan I was panicking leading up to the day as I seen some bad reviews from people on the reviews I was having faith getting into the stadium I bought from a scammer a few days before on Facebook so fanpass saved the day I got in with decent seats when I got past the turnstiles I had a fist pump of delight with my ticket being genuine and we won 3-1 the only criticism i would give is the price it cost me for the ticket and the add on fee but with it being a derby I guess it would be expensive fanpass thank you you guys saved the day

I bought a ticket for Sir Kenny Daglish Stand for Liverpool match through FanPass co.uk. At 2pm I went to the turnstile. My ticket would not scan. A "Fan Support" said the ticket did not exist and these forms of ticket I received were frauds. I contacted FanPass and the seller who were very slow to reply. The seller could not believe this as it never happened before! "Miraculously" he found another ticket for me at 4.15pm (Kick-off 4.30pm). The ticket was for a "downgraded" seat and I got to my seat at 4.25pm. This experience took the goodness out of the matchday experience.
FanPass were looking for written record of my fraud ticket from the football club but believe you me, between the shock and embarrassment, it was the last thing on my mind!
On contacting FanPass I found them to be very unhelpful and I told them they should be more accountable for their ticket sellers as they seem to put the blame on everyone but themselves.
To conclude I would not buy a bus ticket from this site never mind a match ticket..

I bought tickets at the cost of £639 for a match that was cancelled, I cannot believe that these lot get away with daylight robbery. They completely remove themselves from everything and of course no refund. Who is getting the money? Its Criminal.

Certainly the worst company you will find, they should be removed from selling tickets.
Ordered and paid for tickets for Liverpool match.
Two weeks before game told that tickets were no longer available and that no alternatives were available.
This after I having booked non refundable flights and accommodation.
Company refused to refund money for flights and accommodation.
DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CONNED.
Case is gone to Liverpool F.C. And Police for investigations which are ongoing.

Fanpass scammed me, my son on his birthday! We spent the whole Sunday to see the West Ham-Burnley match, we couldn't get in because the tickets were blocked. I never recommend fanpass again.

DO NOT USE - COMPLETE SCAMMERS! Been chasing tickets since I ordered them last August, explained they are for my son's 13th and that we have an 8 hour round trip, "oh don't worry tickets will arrive" …. Well they did yesterday, less than 24 hours before the game, so booked a last minute hotel, drive to Manchester (4 hours away) after a full days work only to arrive at the stadium today to be told they are two fraudulent junior tickets that have been used multiple times. Surrounded by families in the same boat. Utterly disgusting behaviour. You've no moral compass but you
Don't care about that when you are making a quick buck. I will be hounding you for my money back and will be making sure EVERYBODY knows what scammers you are. In fact I'm going to report you to ActionFraud as well as Watchdog.

Bought two tickets for Manchester United vs Nottingham Forest. Went to the stadium at the match day to find out they were fake. Outright rejected entry. Flew all the way from California for the match. Have contacted them about the refund. Will post the update here on how it goes.

Bought 3 Liverpool- Leicester tickets on 31-1, came all the way from the Netherlands, refused entry at game and tickets taken away. I reported Fanpass. Got one reaction that they want some proof. I've send what they requested. Never heard any reaction after that. Dont use them!

Update in response to the reaction of fanpass: we've already send this document several times. This evening again.

I purchased 2 tickets for the Liverpool Luton game and this is what I now know now. I have attached photos showing all this.

Once purchased screenshots of the tickets are sent. I purchased 2 KOP end and got sent 2 Anfield Rd. At the gate the screenshots wouldn't work. The staff explained screenshots don't work and that I would need a link allowing me to download the tickets into my phone wallet. LFC use NFC, near field communication. Same as paying contact in shop with phone.

Here is your problem. The seller will not want to send link as once the tickets are in your wallet you own that ticket, as most of the tickets being sold are from matches of a season ticket holder. Once its in your wallet they have no access to it.

My seller after some back and for didn't send me the link and we got in. Once the Luton game was over the ticket in my wallet updated to the next LFC game. I could have kept them and attended the rest of LFC home games.

You can see the download in my wallet has the small contactless symbol at the top and says show code at bottom. Seller hits show code and screenshots it and that is what I was sent after purchase. You will also notice they are different parts of the ground. I have included some text with seller which took place at the ground

See all my attachments. You will not get into anfield with a screenshot of a ticket! Period!

Purchased two tickets for Man U game for this Sunday 19th Feb. Still waiting on them said it's a trusted seller giving them. My anxiety is through the roof. This is a surprise for my son. Got hotel booked trains etc! Those of you who didn't receive tickets or gain entry with the ones they gave you. Did your bank give the money back with it being a scam? I paid £298 for two tickets

Please note that for the majority of the events, tickets are only issued close to the date (24-48 hours before) to avoid counterfeiting.

Your seller has until one day before the event to provide the tickets, however it does not mean it will be done within this time frame and this can be sooner.

In any case, you will receive an email once your e-tickets are ready to download from your Fanpass account

The tickets simply need to be printed off if they are PDF tickets, or to save them onto your phone if they are Mobile QR code. You will then just need to scan them at the gate in order to access the venue

The event was sold out, ( finale world cup) and fanpass offer me the chance to purchase ticket from a fan which cannot attempt the game.
The price was not really expansive for a finale.
Amazing time!
I can vouch for this website and will use again for sure.

After a pathetic response to my previous post, I have contacted Fanpass several times to ask why they would pay a seller when they had not provided tickets as agreed, and why they would not reimburse the buyer.

They have ignored all contact.

Please be aware that the only objective of these people is to make money for themselves, and to not do anything if you're conned.

Tickets type are decided by the club and the delivery method will depend on it - which can change at any time. This is display via our selling terms.

Please note that for majority of the events, tickets are only issued close to the date as per the event promoter is only releasing them close to the event date and this to avoid counterfeiting. It might indeed happened that your seller provided the tickets on event day.

Take the day off work, pay for travel to the football match, pay for accomodation, arrive at ground to find out someone else already has the same ticket and therefore we can't get in. Then pay for travel back home. What a kick in the teeth! *******@fanpass do nothing at all. Replied to the very first message only and nothing after that despite several chases and shared documentation. Absolute joke!

I booked tickets for a match on this coming sunday for my daughters birthday
That cost me £740. They got cancelled this evening 36 houes before with no refund no email nothing!. I emailed them to get an automated response. I now have a heartbroken child who has nothing for her birthday now as i have been ripped off by this company

Tickets weren't received when we were told they would be, no correspondence when asking what was happening as it was less than 24hrs before we needed them and got fobbed off twice. Ended up having to buy another set of tickets so ended up paying out £1000 in total. Tried multiple times to contact them for a refund and surprise, surprise no response!
Absolutely appalling company, do not buy with them unless you like added stress in your life.
Still no help from you and after copious amounts of requests for the complaint form nothing has been received. Your company should be shut down so you can stop taking advantage of people who want to make memories!

I purchased 2 tickets for the Chelsea v Liverpool game at Stamford Bridge. They were both simply rejected outright when I arrived at the game. The ticket had different names than mine and my acquaintance. The ticket steward, straigh up stated, along the lines, that fanpass is not an authorized seller/reseller, and you can not or should not purchase from there. I lost a large amount of money!, I got robbed. They should be closed down!

I've emailed them and will see what happends now. I will update with news once I get an email back.

Tip for consumers:
AVOID, SCAM

I ordered tickets as part of a 3 day short break, tickets didn't arrive as promised 48 hours before the event. As I was travelling nearly 300 miles prior to the event I became nervous and wanted to know when they would arrive and whether I'd need to change my travel plans. Response from Fanpass was extremely slow and very unhelpful, until 24 hours before the event they contacted me to inform me the tickets would be e-tickets, as such we set off on our journey.

Later that day with us 300 miles away we receive another email saying the tickets had been posted, I explained we had left after their earlier message and couldn't go back in time. Their response was "It says on our site we will post" I said "So why tell us it was an E-Ticket?" needless to say they were unreachable via any means other than a very slow email service which they laughingly call "Chat".

By far the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had, a real bunch of cowboys.

Be warned.

To cut an extremely long story short, I brought 3 tickets to a Champions League game last October, however the tickets never arrived and the day before the game fanpass said they could look for alternative tickets. I declined and asked for a refund which i was told i would receive within 14 days.

6 MONTHS LATER i still have not received any money, Fanpass ignore all of my emails and just keep saying the below, they say you can contact their team but I haven't received a reply for long time now! Are you all on a 1 year holiday?

I ordered my tickets and emailed my queries about not receiving them but was told they were being sent to me. After 12 hours I still hadn't received them and was told to be patient as the seller has up to 24 hours before the day to send them however I still haven't received them and now FanPass has gone completely silent. I'm really disappointed because I have booked a hotel in Manchester which is now non refundable because i've left it too long to cancel it.

I bought two tickets yesterday for Saturday's match chelsea norwich one for me and one for my girlfriend and there are different names on them not ours. What can be done when I receive the tickets because there are 48 hours until the match. I want to know what happened, I hope isn't a fraud.

This site is a secondary ticket buying and selling platform that offer ticket above the face value and sometimes it could be 20 times the original price but is this website is genuine in the sense that it does not mandate on the pricing as the pricing are set by the seller but please be mindful that there are service charges of around 20 percents of the price of the ticket that will be added on at checkout.

We purchased tickets for the upcoming Chelsea - Liverpool game and specifically paid for tickets that would be downloadable since we would be traveling in for the match.

As the date approached, the tickets were still not available so we contacted customer service. They acknowledge the e-mail instantly and we received a response from a real person within the hour. They asked us to be patient while they contacted the seller. They clearly did do this since within a day or so, we received a text message from the seller saying that the tickets were only available in paper form.

Certain things about the seller also caused us concern such as texting leaving one name when the account was registered in another name and the failure to respond to response texts for days. This was not going to work for us so we contacted customer service again. Same efficient response time and interaction with an actual person as opposed to AI.

Ultimately, Fanpass understood our position and said they would cancel the order with a refund available within 10 days.

This morning, I checked my Fanpass account and noted that they recorded the order as cancelled without any further action required from me. Just now, I received notice from my credit card company that the tickets had been fully refunded. This was well in advance of the 10 days they estimate.

My experience leads me to conclude that this is a legitimate and professional organization that takes protecting customers seriously and recognizes that there are risks inherent in secondary market sales.

So I purchased 2 tickets in august for an October game over £400. I had no communication from the seller until I emailed fanpass twice.
The seller contacted me the night before the game wich had an early kick off. So I was panicking obviously thinking I've been scammed.
After the worst anxiety and pacing around my house on the day of the event, I received my tickets via email 2 hours before kick off. I was then worried that they were fake and wouldn't scan at turnstiles but they worked fine and had the most amazing seats and saw my team win!

I would note that, it's not fanpass selling you tickets. It's individual sellers using the website as a platform.

Pros:
-can buy tickets you would otherwise have 0% chance in getting.
-when emailed fanpass did reply quickly
-fanpass offer a guarantee which will give you a full refund if seller doesn't give your tickets in time or they're fake *read T&C your self before buying (didn't need to claim so not sure if would be smooth sailing)

Cons:
-selling tickets is actually illegal so it's a risk you take and not technically 'legit' with any of these kind of sites.
-You pay well over Face value( sellers set their own price)
-no contact number for fanpass just email
-no contact for sellers so have to Rely on them getting in touch
-very short notice in reviving tickets
-I didn't get the area I paid for.(but actually got better seats!)

Would I use this site again. No
But I wouldn't use any other ticket selling site other than the ones authorized by the club. I just can't deal with the anxiety of it all.

Tip for consumers:
With any sites for buying football tickets understand that there is no guarantee, you will receive them or if they are real tickets. If you don’t mind taking the risk then go for it. I did before realizing the risk but it worked out for me in the end
