on 12/12/19On track claimed they delivered my order on 12/15 on Sunday. While I kept getting notification it will come Monday and the days kept changing. I didn't receive any package and Fashionnova is making me file a claim with on trac. They won't refund the money, locate the driver or reship the order. I spent $163. Im so pissed off. Service is crap. I ordered during cyber Monday. Stressed out this whole time. I'm going to report the company to better business bureau. Now I have to find last minute clothes for vacation.
Been waiting on my order. Purchased my items on Dec1 wasn't sent out until Dec 10. However I'm still waiting on my delivery. Got 3 different delivery dates and today the 4th sayin delivery for Dec16. Fashion Nova site just says will be updated Delivery Delayed while ontrac say Estimated date today after I had to open up the browser. The home tracking page still says End if day Dec13 no update. So I'm confused on all this. I'm at the point where I'm going to go thru PayPal and request for a refund and I'm done with Fashion Nova there communication is terrible
Nobody is ever available to talk to and the same way with Ontrac.
