I bought the one year warrantee for the 10 trees that i had purchased.

Don't waste your time or money with this company. They sell you a 1 year warranty for the tree but have zero customer service. I have been trying for weeks to get a new tree or a credit and each time I go thru the whole routine and each time they say they are sending me an email with a "link to my account" and the link they sent each time leads to a message that says "this page does not exist". I even complained to BBB and they lied to them and then said they would reimburse my credit card in 10 days and that was three weeks ago, so here I go again, wasting more time. Just buy your trees locally, these people are crooks.
