I just put in an order for 2 -3gallon aucuba japonicas@ $50 each before reading your company's reviews. should i be concerned about so many bad reviews online?

Answer:

Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.

Your policy on sending out an unhealthy tree is... tough... that's your problem

Will company replace a tree that didn't survive slight frost even tho' right zone ? & protected ?

Answer:

Good luck! They wouldn't even replace the half dead plants they sent me. Policy wise I believe they claim they replace plants if you report issues within 5 days but they really try hard not to.

I bought the one year warrantee for the 10 trees that i had purchased.

I see all bad reviews on warranties.. since am planning to buy trees and paying extra money on warranty how can your company can gurantee

Answer:

Anand, our purchased warranty is 100% hassle free. If your product dies within the first year, simply contact us and let us know and we will promptly re-ship you another plant. There is no need to return the dead item.

I just ordered an october glory maple. has anyone else ordered maples from them?

Answer:

I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.

Why wont you honor insurance on trees i purchased sent numerouse emails you just ignor till past dead line on insurance poor review given

The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.

What is the return policy if i receive a damaged item i plan on ordering 30+ trees and some fruit/berry trees as well as other plants

Kevin- If your plants arrived damage you simply give us a call and we will replace them. We understand that sometimes items can get damaged in transit so we will take care of that right away.
