The trees came damaged with several broken branched and were left piled out in the open where they could have been picked up easily by a.local porch pirate. Local shops had similar, bigger, healthier trees available at.much lower prices and a longer than 30 warranty.

The Green Giants were boxed securely and very healthy. We had a storm that prevented me from planting immediately. I kept them watered for a week, and no problems when I planted as instructed. I've continued to water and they are thriving 6 weeks later.

I was concerned because of a storm, I was delayed planting. The service representative was knowledgeable and helpful, advising how to care until I was able to plant.

I've had to downsize a home this year, and lost my big gardens. Fast-Growing Trees was an easy way to build up a balcony garden in an apartment, and their warranty is great. Two of the six or so plants I ordered didn't make it and they offered 100% hassle-free replacements.

Staff were responsive and helpful without sending me through any hoops.

We ordered 6 wax myrtle hedge trees. They arrived in terrible condition. While they were not technically dead, there was little life left in them. We have planted them with the extra nutrition packet that we also purchased and now are keeping our fingers crossed. It could be that the shipment took more than 10 days to arrive, even though FedEx was used.
I don't think I will purchase plants on-line any more.

Skeptical of ordering a tree online. I usually visit my local (much better nursery)! Was feeling adventurous. Ordered an avocado tree. Leaves were all chewed up from insects more than 60%! Sent my grief to customer service, and instead of someone contacting me regarding the matter, you send me a survey to do. And here we are…….

Didn’t do anything!!! I even sent pictures!! Sent me (2) surveys to fill out!! What a joke!!! Not a good idea to send a customer a survey when they feel as though they have been ripped off, scammed out of $!

Purchased 44 trees last year, 17 did not survive and replaced this year without issue.
Impressed with the tremendous growth of the original 27, a few are still getting their footing but doing well.
Chief complaint is with shipping. Despite the sturdy condition of the shipping boxes and obvious care the packing team takes to secure the plants, plants often arrive distressed, crushed planters, exposed roots, damaged limbs. I did file two claims and r replacements were shipped immediately.

Had issue with damaged plants upon arrival. Contacted FGT, sent a few photos of the shipping box and plants, replacements sent without issue.
I have reached out to CS about care for my trees periodically and have been very pleased with the knowledge and care demonstrated by the team.

Have always received very high quality plants. In my last order there was some shipping damage and when I called customer support they immediately said they were going to replace the damage plants without me asking for that.

Very focused on making sure my experience was top quality.

I purchased some Dawn Redwoods to be shipped to my daughter's farm. The ordering was easy, the shipment arrived quickly, with the trees in good condition. We got them planted per the clear instructions, and so far they look like they are doing well (1 month after delivery).

The plants arrived in good condition. I was very impressed with how they were packaged without any damage. The plants are thriving and add so much beauty to my home.

I love my little maple tree! Shipping was fast, it arrived looking great and it's doing quite nicely in the ground. This website made me addicted to trees though- I can't stop learning about all the trees and plants out there now :)

Our olive tree has been wonderful. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the shipping company but you all took care of it quickly and more than fairly. You have just made a loyal customer out of me!

I'm absolutely loving watching my 3 Cold hardy Banana trees grow! So much that I just ordered 6 more. At the moment they are growing in an eastern facing window. Two weeks in and lots of new leaves coming through.

I found this year that ordering multiple trees is not a positive experience. I received shipments with 2 6 ft trees jammed into a box with all top brackets bent to the point of breakage or completely snapped off. I have stopped purchasing due to this situation and will buy from local growers instead even if it take multiple years to get fruit.

Support was good and did replace one tree but I got nothing back saying my issue would be shared internally so it doesn’t happen again.

Bought a 6-7' red maple. It arrive well packaged and healthy. I also purchased a starter kit and I'd recommend unless you already have the materials on hand. New growth seen in the first week. We're in a drought now, but she still gets her 2-3 gallons 3 at least times a week now that we're in our third week planted. Can't wait for her to be big and beautiful. Envy of all the other evergreen trees. Highly recommend purchasing from the site.

We have an 80 foot wide expanse that needed a noise and privacy barrier. Rather than build something that would require upkeep and maintenance, we decide to plant a living barrier. We planted 10 green giant trees and it looks amazing! After only 3 weeks in the ground, the branches are all already beginning to spread out. Could not be happier.

We ordered 19 shrubs for a landscaping project we are doing, the plants arrived very quickly and in really good condition. The price was substantially better than going to a local nursery or hardware store.

But this one is by far the best! The sales person (Elvis) was concise, professional and exceptionally accommodating. We ordered what I needed, set a date for delivery and were done. I got my trees on time in pots (not bare roots) and had them in the ground in two days. If I need additional trees, I'll certainly return to Fast Growing Trees.

Just ok post sale experience. Boxes delayed and came crushed. Some were 2 weeks behind the others after they seemed to suggest they were quick ship. Plants are trying to bounce back, so I'm hopeful. Sizes don't seem to align with what we purchased.

Ordered a cherry tree for my grow zone. Planted the tree exactly as instructed. Shortly after planting, all off the leaves feel off and branches died. The tree was watered every day for the first two weeks with adequate drainage. Due to this experience, I'll be buying locally from now on.

Ordered five 3 gallon butterfly bushes. They packed them in long rectangular boxes with the bases on each end, granted the box say this side up but FedEx is not always going to follow rules on boxes therefore many broken branches. Also all the flowers were expired or dead. Overall the plants did seem healthy despite the trauma they endured. I just expected better from a company that specializes in shipping plants.

Our first delivery did not arrive to us, apparently got damaged while shipping. The second delivery was one tree short, and I have been told it will be delivered a couple times with no shipping email yet. Hopefully the person I spoke with today during chat will get this issue resolved.

Somewhat satisfied with the customer service, have had to contact you all several times to get all of our product delivered.

We purchased 3 hydrangea plants- all healthy and beautiful! I then ordered 4 trees, 3,6-7 ft. 2 Maples and an Elm, and 1 river birch 4-5 ft.

Trees are sparse with leaves. The Red October maple came damaged, the tree branches were bent to fit in the box it was shipped I'm and the longest top branch is broke. We will be grafting it with tape.

The river birch lost a ton of leaves but probably due to shock. Trees have been in the ground X 2 weeks. The elm is showing new leaves. I think it's too early to give feedback. Fingers crossed they all make it!

Advice for river birch that was received with mostly yellow leaves and losing leaves.

Packing was excellent and tree arrived fresh with leaves. Have planted it but it's too early to say if it will bear fruits. However, leaves were infected (small holes- don't know it's fungus or insects).
