I have tried 6 times with 5 different credit cards to pay them the $30.00 fee. Each time I got a rejection on a perfectly good card. No phone number to contact them just email saying that their credit card vendor is the responsible party. I have spent thousands of dollars having things printed with them and I am getting really pissed about no phone call and correction of the problem
Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
