on 12/5/16FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake!
I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Customer service is severely lacking
I am an artist the BACK BONE of the site and if you have a question good luck have written four times asking about a sale they made no answers.
I had to find out via the blog really the blog.
If FAA cant answer questions how do sell with confidence at all?

FAA has very poor customer service so the reviews are bound to be negative for this reason alone. In addition, the listed expecting shipping times are not always accurate which can cause problems too. Their quality of printing is decent. But, it's not excellent. I use them for fabric products. I avoid using them for any fine art printing or projects.
FAA has been in business for 10+ years and has served millions of satisfied buyers during that time. Sitejabber generally tends to attract negative reviews. Here are thousands of independent reviews from satisfied buyers on a different review site: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.fineartamerica.com
