I have requested a cancellation of an order and have not received any emails that indicate you got my request. Your responses to emails is terribly slow. I am also waiting for information on return of a dress but you keep asking for photos. I cannot upload any photos to your link. Please respond to this request for information. I want to cancel order 023910701322, and I need help with my return of one dress from Order 026336195394.
