Ordered and paid for a dress with them. After payment they gave me a reference number but I have not received any email confirmation or tracking information..?

Hi Kirstie,

Thank you for your question. Normally the confirmation email and shipment notice will be sent to the email address you used to place the order after the order is confirmed. Would you please check it again or have a check with your spam box or junk folder?
