Please supply me with the legitimate address and company CEO's email detail, his name and surname and the legitimate company telephone number. I have 40 pages of communication about an error the company made. Wrongly shipped a same day cancelled order and took my money. They have unethically refused to own their mistake and blame me for the shipping that left and ask me to now please accept order that I did not want after I read over 100,000 complaints and BAD PRESS ON.. This was my reason for cancelling in the first place. Their contact phone number is fake. I keep on being referred to the auto response platforms. I have now logged a complaint with the retail online ombudsman in the UK. Can you please do the honorable thing for once and own your mistake.
