I don't think so. Once you try their service, you can decide for yourselves! I haven't been disappointed once!
My multiple experiences believe it is NOT true. Not only they call you internationally on request, their associates work 24/7. I have found them very helpful including refunding me when the payment went through twice in error.
My experience has been better including cancellations and refund in orders and also availing offers. It sometimes is tidious but not the worse its fair enough.
No not at all. They serve u well. They help u in every possible way. Else depends on.one's own perception amd behaviour.
