I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.

I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. The flowers were not delivered. No proof that the delivery was attempted. Customer serVice was horrible.They advised me after tempting to deliver that the address was not correct and no refund. No proof of attempted delivery. Such bad customer service. Never use them better to use IGP who I have used previously.

Placed an order today for a birthday with cake and flowers and a gift. Order was placed at 10 am with a promised delivery of 12 noon to 5 pm. At 4:15 pm, did a follow up and no response. After continuous follow up till 5:15 pm finally got a response that the order is delayed. The order was meant to be delivered to an office where everyone leaves by 6 pm. they then confirmed that the order will be delivered at 6:15 pm. later on follow up again, i have been told the flowers were not delivered to their warehouse and they cannot deliver the flowers offering me a discount of delivery fee. Company is a joke and i use to be a regular customer. Dont ever use FNP in uae as they are unreliable and uncoordinated and will spoil your special occation

Ordered Rakhi + Haldirams Kaju Katli combo on 3rd Aug, 2024 for delivery to Brisbane on 13th Aug, 2024. Package was finally delivered on 20th Aug, 2024 after several hours of follow up on phone calls and chat box communication with the customer support at FNP. The worst part is FNP's assigned partner delivered a local brand "Amba" Kaju Katli Sweets which did not have an expiry date on the package and the sweets were turning stale and not fit for consumption. The customer support team had the audacity to state that they can offer an alternate brand based on availability. It is like we order apples and they deliver bananas because both are "fruits". Hence, FNP is unwilling to provide a full refund and instead offering a coupon code for a 20% discount on the next order if placed with them in the next 3 months. Worst customer support team at FNP and zero internal alignment in the FNP organization. I strongly recommend that as Customers, we should avoid ordering on FNP as they are UNRELIABLE, INCAPABLE & DO NOT DESERVE

I placed an order for a 1 kg cake, and they delivered 500 grams. They charged me 150 extra for the same-day delivery, and I filed a complaint the same day (after 15 minutes) and shared the details to the customer's execution with images of the cake with weight machine( in weight machine cake wait was 503 gm) The executive assured me that they would deliver the remaining 500 grams cake within the next 48 hours.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the abysmal service provided by FnP regarding my recent order for Valentine's Day. I placed an order ten days in advance, consisting of a bouquet and chocolates, with the expectation of a timely and heartfelt delivery to my loved one. However, the entire experience has been nothing short of a complete failure.
Despite the significant lead time provided, only one parcel, the chocolates, was supposedly delivered. The bouquet, a crucial part of the Valentine's Day surprise, was not received by the intended recipient. Upon contacting your customer care team, I was informed that the bouquet was delivered to a random security guard, a claim denied by the guards themselves.

I can't believe that I paid an extra for San Valentine's Day, and nobody delivered the gift to my wife and/or answered the whatsapp on such a special day. She received a message that she was going to receive the gift on her phone at 11 am, and that was it. Nothing happened. Goodbye, surprise! And I paid this a lot of time ago to anticipate any problem. Don't fall for this company, worst customer service I've experienced in Dubai. They do misleading marketing advising delivery can happen in 60 mins and then they don't even deliver in two hrs timeframe besides you paying additional prime fee for the fast delivery. Also they even delivered to a wrong address and when I messaged to complain my delivery was not with me they said they would deliver after another hr. Can't be trusted and won't refund your money, they are in the wrong and even dare to say they will only refund you after 10 days

Ferns n Petals is fraud n scam company and messed my order *******.
I would give 0 rating if there is an option. I placed an flower bouquet order with id ******* to surprise my wife on rose day from USA to india. They sent dried flower bouquets and almost all flowers were dried and dead. So my wife told delivery guy that she won't accept. The delivery told that they will redeliver order with fresh flowers on same day which didn't happen. I reached customer service for refund next day via chat since i don't believe on them anymore. They never delivered flowers as promised and as pictured nor they gave me an refund. What kind of world we are in right now. Ferns n Petals taking money without providing service. We should avoid this kind of company and I would never place any order with them. If possible, I will complaint with consumer services. Pathetic quality. The flowers were already dead. The leaf arrangements could have been easily done by a school child. Not worth the effort, time and engagement with this site. They have partners who assemble material and send via dunno. So, it doesn't hold credibility. Its better to look out for local service companies.

Unfortunately, they provided me a dirty pot, wet soil thrown in it and just two small jade plants, they dont have even sense of presentation. Very bad experience, they may be fine sending bunch of roses not terrible in quantity otherwise

The materials used in making my flower arrangement was so pathetic that i felt like throwing it away. They show beautiful pictures in website and deliver extremely poor quality and low standard product. The wrap looks so cheap that it is good for wiping their A***! Its definitely not worth ordering online with Ferns & Petals. I can even share the pictures of this awful so called Romantic heart shaped Orchids arrangement. Customer service won't communicate with me or write back and my bouquet is 3 days late. They put a "hold" on my order, whatever that means. But I had to find that out myself on my account screen. Not even an email alert. They market their service in such a way that these flowers (extremely perishable, time sensitive gifts) can be there at a specified time. FnP, "you had ONE JOB to do". I could find that bouquet locally for 1/5 of the price but that doesn't do anything for my girl working around the world. You failed us

I have been a loyal customer for 2 years, but extremely disappointed with their services now. Ordered Purple Orchids Bouquet costing Rs. 749 for my mother's birthday. They delivered dried up, wilted flowers to her. The decorative leaves were also yellowing and their tops had started to rot. The flowers were crushed and had a dull-appearance as though they had been deprived of water for a long time. And the petals had already started falling off. Please don't order from FNP unless you want to ruin your loved one's day and be cheated of your money.

Hi Everyone, I was a loyal customer with Fern and petals for the last 3 years till yesterday where i felt cheated and worst the attitude of the company instead of accepting their mistake, sends me a cryptic email saying, sorry for the bad experience, we see no problem in description, feedback closed.
They print on normal paper a flowers bunch and fern and petals local vendor address after charging you Rs 149 for the greeting card. Never order a greeting card for this company for your dear ones if you don't want to be embarrassed...

This was really unexpected experience with you guys. I have paid for selecting a slot due to specific reasons and things got proceeded online post that i got a call from representative saying that "Sorry sir delivery is not possible in between 10 to 11 am as you selected. We'll be able to do in 11 to 12". In revert I simply said if it was not possible then why my slot got selected. I bloody paid for that selected time frame. In the end she said we try to deliver as much as possible. I have waited for status and notification for product delivery, at the end post 11:30 I opened up my mouth and called to the person for whom this small gesture got planned and I asked her to wait and receive the order. Now tell me why we opt these options... Just & Just to create surprises. I believe rather than trusting you guys we should have nice connections with our local shopkeepers.
