Hi, I purchased the Chi Rocket hair dryer almost a year ago to the day and it already died on me. Can I send it back for a replacement?

I am reading all the bad reviews and I am actually surprised. I ordered from Folica for years and never ever had an issue with a return or anything. I loved the Sedu line and was looking for another hair dryer. Is Sedu out of business too??
