on 2/17/19Hi Candace K., thanks for your visit to our page. As a broker we are getting different types of tickets and sometimes we cannot guarantee in advance they will be e-tickets. If this is the case, like paper or plastic tickets, we will need an address where to send them and, depending on the time frame, even better and safer to have an address in the same country/city of the match. Sometimes tickets can also be in a format of a voucher to be collected at the stadium so in this case we will only need a name for the collection and an email address where to send the voucher. I cant see a relation between this and a scam, the opposite, a scam is not delivering tickets, we are and this is why sometimes an address is needed. Please feel free to contact us straight to our phones, emails or chat, thanks.
Regards
Clovis
