Hi Rob, thanks for your question. Tickets are always sent 2-1 days prior to the match date and only in the city where the match takes place (paper tickets). For some other teams we have also an e-tickets option, but those are also being delivered few days prior to the match date.

There is no guarantee for specific seat/row/block but for the category description available on the site and the seating plan supporting it. The seat/row/block numbers will be known on the delivery only and in case of any problem you just have to contact us, we are available 7 days a week.

Hello - For this match - no printing is needed. The tickets are "paper tickets", not e-tickets.
