I like purchasing products from Fragrance Buy. They do a great job of making good quality fragrances a little more affordable. My only quibble would be that I think they should offer free delivery, at least for orders over $100 or $150. I've order many products from them and they've always arrived quickly and in good shape.
I've been consistently impressed with the cologne selection and prices offered by this website. Their range of authentic colognes is fantastic, and the prices are among the best I've found. However, my satisfaction is marred by recurring shipping issues. My most recent order was supposed to arrive two days ago, but it's still stuck in another state. Despite creating a ticket and contacting the handler, the delay remains unresolved, and there's no clear explanation. This ongoing shipping problem has been inconvenient and frustrating, overshadowing the otherwise positive aspects of the business. I hope they can address these issues soon to improve their overall service. **Update:** Fragrancebuy reached out to me and threatened to deactivate my account after I posted two honest reviews for separate orders. They also asked me to revise my review. That speaks volumes.

I'm a 72 yr old male senior citizen that ordered a lot of perfume. Went to my On line banking site and me not knowing what I was doing online my payment was listed as pending 5 or 6 times. Come Monday morning they only charged me 1 time.! I will always be a customer for what they did!
The packaging is top notch. My order came safe and expertly packaged. The delivery time takes a while but I'm in the US and I believe it's coming from Canada so it's to be expected. I am pleased with my purchase and will be purchasing here again. I definitely recommend!

My purchase arrived in a timely manner and, as ever, was well-packaged to keep all of the bottles (and there were many) safe and sound. Now, I just have to convince my wife that I'm not going overboard with the number of fragrances I've been buying!
I would love if you could add note breakdowns to fragrance profiles when available. Also, indicate for every tester whether they come with caps or not. Finally, an inventory count for fragrances would help me stop shopping on the clock during fragrance drops.

I ordered one niche fragrance and one back catalog old skool selection. Prices were great, and even though I'm in the US, I had them in just over a week. Got a great deal on Triumph of Bacchus. Orders take about a week to arrive but is worth it given the discount. I always receive a sample of something different which is a nice addition. The boxes are sturdy and packaged well which keeps my fragrances safe.
The service is top notch. It, honestly doesn't get much better than: unmatched prices, great fragrances, exceptional CS and prompt delivery.
Restock can take awhile, but you're notified as soon as available if you sign up.

OK, so I live in Pennsylvania in the US and this came in about a week after they sent it out so the shipping was very fast and I am super happy with that! My perfume smells exactly as described and good quality! My perfume also lasts very long as well so it is definitely legit! All around great experience. Thank you

I previously gave one star due to delay in shipping. A costumer service agent reached out and explained the delay caused by high volume of orders and that they are working to preventing this issue in the future. Other than that I had no issues with the website.

Fragrance Buy has such a diverse range of brands and scents. Super professional packaging, shopping experience is great and for me everything I've purchased has been authentic and exactly as described in the listing. Paid over $100 USD for 2 fragrances for a perceptible value. I received a FedEx tracking number but was never able to track the package. Since I am international customer, I anticipated that clearing customs and delivery to my address would be awhile. After a prolonged waiting period, I was again unable to track my package at the tracking number provided. I reached out to customer service where I was told my package was lost and that the company could not cover my purchase due to purchase date being greater than 14 days from my communication. I have never received a product & I am out of my money,, waiting likely weeks for a FedEx claim to be filed. Please exercise caution when purchasing products from this seller. I am unlikely to purchase a product again despite the advertised value of fragrances.

Extremely disappointed to discover when we opened the fragrance that it was not the authentic fragrance.
I am quite familiar with the scent as it is a favourite and have bought it a few times before. I have an authentic one to compare with and this is not at all even similar - a cheap smelling knock off in good packaging.
