Hi, is it normal to have to pay a sum as a registration fee for a job?

Hello there! That's a scam; do not pay them. Users on our platform are never required to settle any kind of fee or security deposit to start/finish the project. In this regard, it would be best that you refrain from communicating with the user and any user outside our platform as it is also a violation, and report them to us.
