I did, but only after threatening to report them to the Attorney General in my state. They rely on the fact that few people will make a fuss.

It is not a scam... the problem is your ONLINE WEBSITE who makes this offer to join. It may be a good deal for some folks but in my case I have many local stores to purchase merchandise from and a membership at Amazon Prime so it was not a good deal for me. Freeshipping WILL refund your payments in full.

I've had this for many years now. Since I do a lot of shopping online it works for me. Many of the sites I shop at regularly (eBay, Amazon marketplace, PetFlow, Vitacost) participate. I pay my fee annually (about $100) and I usually get rebates worth at least $300. The trick is that you have to remember to click through their website when shopping and file your claims in a timely way. Things I don't like: they make money off people who DON'T use the service because they forget, don't have time, etc. and it's pretty silly in this day and age that you can't get your money credited to your PayPal account.

It did not turn out to be a scam at all. It just takes a while to get the checks. I believe the people who are bashing this website just forgot to cancel their memberships on time and don't want to take responsibility. I wrote a bad review of them at first too, but got a $30 check a couple of months later - today, in fact, so I came back to do justice. They say it will take time to get the checks, and it does, but there is nothing dishonest about that.
