It's not. Both of my orders from them took almost a month to arrive, even though they promise 3-7 days.

Hi, got a free shipping, ordered on 3/19, expected delivery 3-7 days, and on day 7 it delivered. We are accustomed to receive the package next day or max. Three days. FB delivered within 7 days as described. I know that amazon deliver sooo fast that it seems unreal, however behind so much perfection of a giant corporation make me think if there are well treatment to laborers... is just a thought

I have ordered beads from Fusion for several years. I have only had a problem once when my order was short 2 crystals. I called customer service and they shipped the 2 missing beads overnight. My orders have always arrived either on time or ahead of the scheduled arrival date, Fusion Beads s my go to online bead store.
