Personally I found the app very helpful, I eat a lot of different new things I was not used to and I am slowly but steadily losing weight, at the speed they predicted - no idea how they do it, but it works! Yes, it's pricey and yes, sometimes the whole thing looks doggy, and their customer service is non-existent, but I decided to take a leap of faith and it was worth it! I have been on tons of diets in my life, this is so far my favourite!

The doctor's appointment and medication is fine but I'm paying extra for a meal plan and app that doesn't work. They trick you into trying their free meals, but then you pay $65.00 for delivery of the "free" meals and then you are committed to buying five more boxes of five for $75.00. On the phone they will tell you that they will cancel it but then they just keep on coming. The "chat" button on their website/app doesn't work as I've tried six times and never once received a response. Stay away - their are other plans. Do your research better than I did mine or I would have found all the complaints. Instead I only found the positive ones that I think they must pay to advertise on those sites.

They lure you in with one offer only to trick you into a subscription and good luck canceling it, it's almost impossible. I have turned them into the FTC for fraud. After canceling immediately they never refunded me and they tried to charge me a 2nd time. I had to cancel my card just to get them to stop.

Tip for consumers:
There are so many negative reviews on the BBB website, we should ask get together and do a class action suit.

The only thing this company does timely is debit your account. You cant talk to an actual human and always get automated responses. They then claim they cant refund due to the medication being delivered and they use an old tracking number far before the debit of the account date. They have asked me 6 times in one week to send in my blood work, which I have sent all 6 times, then they reply to the email that the bloodwork is attached to saying they never received it and will send the prescription once they release it. I have called and emailed over 20 times in the past 2 weeks and still nothing. My 3 week check in for medication is tomorrow, for medication I havent received. They schedule calls with providers and then never come on the call, then email that you missed your appt and it needs to be rescheduled. Its a continuous loop of this crap. But they never fail to debit their money.

This is a total scam! The whole sign up flow makes you think it includes the medication and its not, it's hard to exit out of the meal plan and close to impossible to cancel because they make you call their support team, who dos not answer the phone or emails. When you are finally able to do so they tell you you can cancel and get a refund, they don't do it and when you reach out again they tell you that their policy says you can't get a refund

It does not tell you about all the charges till you make your first step giving then you first payment and no cancellation option available, wrote text messages and email and got nothing in return! Called waiting time 20 mnts and not surprisingly theft hung up on me!
Don't get fooled by thinking you are getting a good deal when they just rip you off!

I used them for 1 month. I asked for a refund and they responded quick. Then here it's is months last and I'm being charged again. I haven't used them in months?!?!?! Trying to call their service number. That's a joke! Is anyone working with a law firm to take this horrible company to court?.

I've have been calling the customer support for days but can't get hold of anyone. I have a such a bad side effect. Don't know what to do. My lymph on my neck is swollen so bad. This is so ridiculous you pay so much money but NO support from them! I'll never use G plan again or have anyone use this company!

I went through the process filled out all my information. I paid for the meds and the doctor call which I had. The doctor wanted more medical records, I had them the next day. Now it's been since February 26th and I've heard nothing, I can't get a hold of anyone. It's very frustrating around $400 dollars down the drain. I'm beyond angry

Totally hidden fees charged. False advertisement. No access to customer service when needed. Have called several times to hear there is no one available to take your call. Call back later. Hangs up. Would definitely not recommend using this GPLANS for anything. Gave a one star because there isn't an option for 0.

This company is one of the most unethical companies I have ever dealt with. I will continue to post negative reviews on every possible site they advertise on. I have file complaints with the BBB and the Maryland Attorney General office. Please do not fall for this scam like I did.

You will be overcharged and you can never talk to a live person. I paused my subscription and they stilled charged me for to much. I am canceling my card so that they can no longer charge me. They also gave me medication with no lab test or anything to go by. Fraud alert!

If you call customer service they don't answer, and tell you to call back-the doctor has no appointments and they double charged me after i canceled the service. I opened up a fraud case and closed my card.

They charged me twice, for $399, the plan I wanted, and then $475 for i plan I did not ask for. They charged me 75.49 twice for food I did not want or order. I was suppose to get 5 free meals but they charged me. I had to call my credit card company to dispute charges. They won't answer their phones or respond to emails!

Tip for consumers:
Meals aren't that good!

I bought gplans 3 weeks ago. They charged me 129 subscription plus 229 medication and they charged me twice each time. I've been calling everyday to know what dosage I'm supposed to take and the phone line hangs up on me with an ans er machine telling me to call later. The chat on app only lets you put generic answers and does not let you explain yourself. I'm very frustrated over all.

Where to start? This is the worst plan period. To start when you first sign up, you have to schedule a doctor'sappointment which is about a week to 2 weeks away. Then when you finally get your appointment, they will just keep disconnecting you and you never actually get to speak with somebody. Then they want you to reschedule to do the same loop again. When you go to connect and chat, nobody's there. When you go to call the number, they provide you in the app. It hangs right up on you. Is what a freaking joke. I probably lost more weight getting frustrated with these people then I would have with the medication they would've prescribed. They should take a long walk off a short peer.

I have been calling for the last week both to review the blood test and to stop the food when I noticed after telling them I am allergic to onions and the all their food has onion. You will be on the phone minimum 25 minutes before they tell you no agent to help "THE WORST". I am now going to my credit card and block them since they will take!

They start friendly, with a great app, then, they cancel doctor phone call, you can't reschedule, and request nothing but test after test on your penny. Charged my account for consult, and meds(that I never received), and then start the process over. STAY AWAY!

Tip for consumers:
Can't verify refund yet, as I have to wait 6-10 business days to find out.

I paid the $139 for the required doctor visit, I paid $239 for a prescription that was sent before I ever had a doctors appointment (the receipt stated $129 & $229, but oh well), then the doctors appointment was cancelled due to their review of my medical history. Did I mention I already paid for it? Now I have medicine I don't know how to use and they tried to charge me two more times for more medicine! On top of that, I wouldn't join until they told me I didn't have to order their food, then received a box of food I didn't order the next week. I actually had to cancel my debit card so they would stop charging me. They won't even respond to the BBB complaint. Sheesh!

Response is the only thing good about this company. You sign up for the medication and get trapped in a long term food plan. Which I didn't want,,dint buy it

I was cleared to be on thier medication by a doctor that asked nothing about my medical history or current conditions. The consultation was rushed after I waited an hour after my scheduled appointments. The next consultation the doctor asked those questions and told ne I never should have been prescribed thier medication because of my current health condition. I was promised a full refund. They charged me the start up and 3 months and then only refunded me 1 month. Note: the plan was cancelled before I started the 2nd month.

I would give them a 0 rating or negative if I could.

Run fast they will run your credit card up. They charged my card almost 500 and when I tried calling back they put the phone on some auto message stating no one was available to take my call.

First they say $369 to lose 15% of your present weight. After they have your card number, they tell you the medication is not included. At no time did they tell you before charging you $369 that the medication is extra. Are they serious? This is pure fraud and false advertising. It's just like they're reaching in our pocket and stealing our card info. I wish there was a 0 star but then the post would not show up.

None of their apps work and there's no humans to speak to about it. They will take your money and then I canceled all of my subscriptions and had the bank reverse it, this place is a crock.
