Scam... reviews are not legitimate becauseclured in by ungivrn gift cards

It is legit, but very unprofessional. I refused to give out my personal information when asking for a short list of only social media management softwares that do what I require. I was blocked after 5 times of asking for management and told Melanie can only help if I make my personal information available to all the companies in which they market. I used them before and permitted sending my info only to be harassed for many months and occassionally years later with telemarketing/marketing emails and could never forgive myself for allowing them to send it. They are legit but very unprofessional!

Seems to be a scam. Impossible to contact and no (as promised) gift cards after spending a good amount of time writing reviews for them. No trust from me.
