Thank you for contacting us. We sell individual licenses. You can share the project plan (the Gantt template) with your colleagues and clients and they will be able to view and edit the plan. However, they will need to purchase a license if they want to create Gantt charts.

The Ultimate version will allow you to create unlimited gantt charts with unlimited tasks. We also have a few features that are exclusive to the Ultimate version.
