Hello,
I ordered a Jumper Ezbook 2 Ultrabook Laptop Windows 10 Home 14 inch Intel for 170 euro and 0.50 sentfee. I went to pay but payment failed, tried again, failed again so i thought lets try again tomorrow Now i see that payment went through twice and the price is 189 instead of 170. I would like to cancel one of the orders and have the correct price of 170euro as advertised for the other order. I submitted a ticket hoping this will get sorted out. Anything else i can do but wait for a reply ?
