Dear sirs, could you please check my order ww1603270904415109. as by tracking information the package seems to get stuck at dpd london warehouse for over 1 week now. it seems that the forwarder to germany only received the order information but still not the package. i ordered on purpose from european warehouse and paid the higher price in order to receive the item on time. so it would be nice if you could kindly investigate the matter. thank you and kind regards
