Send support an email, they are usually prompt to answer in 24-48 hrs. Sometimes they have to await shipment from another warehouse before they can fill your order. It has happened to me a couple of times.

You need to contact customer services immediately, before it ships. They clearly tell you you cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched/shipped out. Click on the "Support Centre" tab at the very top of the Gearbest home page and follow your options. But be warned, contacting their customer care is not easy.
