If you would like that, please send an email to CustomerService@getaroom.com and advise a phone #. Please do not post a phone # to this section as it could be viewed as public. Or, if you are already booked, you can refer to your confirmation receipt for any notations of possible extra fees or what is included in your rate. Thank you,

Take a look at their complaints on the internet and the North Texas BBB before you deal with these folks
