Yea right I have sent you several emails asking you if I have done the process correctly and you just keep saying that if I have completed it I will get the free samples, but I ask you if when it says I have locked in my free samples if I have done what is required to do, you can't answer me about it! I'm very angry about that after filling out many survey for you, I got a mail from you saying that I will be getting my sample for sure soon and I am still waiting for it, if I don't get the things I signed up for I'm definitely taking this issue further, it's not right to falsely present yourself to anyone, especially disabled and people who can really benefit from free samples! Do the right thing and make sure people get what they sign up for, karma is gonna get you if you don't!
