What's the difference between 100% and "unused"

Answer:

Hi Kim! Great question. Unused is if it's an item we only sell as unused (ie. Has a reusable applicator such as mascara, liquid lipstick, lip gloss). 100% fill means it's an item we sell used but this item was never used.

What does it mean "fill 80%"? the product fill 80% is used, not new, right?

Hi TA! Great questions. 80 Fill means that at least 80% of the original product is left. You are correct in that this means that the item is pre-owned and refurbished.
